Does Spoiled Babes offer free shipping?

  • Yes! We offer free shipping on orders $250 and up.

When can I expect to receive my order?

  • TAT is 18-26  business days not including weekends or holidays.
    Your location will then dictate the amount of time that it takes for the package to arrive due to shipping, which is typically 2-4 business days. Delivery cannot be guaranteed.
  • Ready to ship items ship is 1-3 business days not including weekends or holidays.

    I haven't received my order, but tracking says that it has been delivered.

    • Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your package begins transit, there is no longer anything Spoiled Babes Co . can do to help. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office. We apologize for any inconvenience.
    • We are NOT responsible for replacing lost, mishandled or damaged items.

    My order arrived damaged.

      Does Spoiled Babes accept returns/exchanges?

      • We have a NO refund NO cancellation policy. Notify us if there is a manufacture error, or an error with the quality, quantity, or type of item within your package. If there IS a situation that results in a refund, the cost for shipping is nonrefundable and you will have 5 business days to return item(s) or it will no longer qualify.

      Customer Support: 

      • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue. After 48 hours, we are not responsible to accept any exchanges or refunds. Items must be unused. Please contact us before shipping your item to us. If the order was our mistake, we will send a return label via email. This will ensure that the exchange will make it to the proper destination. Upon receipt of the package, we will then send the replacement or correct product.

       

      - Spoiled Babes  is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

      - Spoiled Babes is not liable for lost packages due incorrect information filled out during the purchasing process.

      -Spoiled Babes cannot guarantee delivery, and delays can and may occur.
